How we handle your information.
This covers what happens to the information you send us through this site. It is short, because there is not much to it. Last updated 7 September 2026.
What we collect, and why
The demo form asks for your name, department, role, work email, crew size (optional), and anything you want to tell us. We use it to write back and to prepare for the call, and for nothing else. We don’t sell it and we don’t share it for marketing. Exposure data from pilot departments is separate from this website and hosted in Canada.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people read, so we know what to improve. It runs only if you choose Accept on the banner. Decline or ignore it, and nothing is set. If you accept, Google receives the pages you visit, your browser type, and a shortened IP address, held in the United States. We see totals, never individuals. You can change your choice at any time.
Write to us directly and we keep the thread, so whoever picks it up has the history in front of them. The monthly update at the bottom of this page is the only list we run, and you are on it only if you signed up for it yourself.
