Accessibility statement
RespAI Inc. wants every firefighter, chief, and council member to be able to use this website. This page says what we have done, what we know is not finished, and how to reach us if something is in your way.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which is the level the Accessible Canada Act and provincial accessibility laws point to for public-sector suppliers. Text and background colours meet the 4.5:1 contrast minimum, every page works with a keyboard alone, every image has a text alternative, videos can be paused, and animations stop when your system asks for reduced motion.
What we know still needs work
Product videos are silent screen recordings with a text description rather than captions. Some pages use technical vocabulary that we expand at first use but do not define in a glossary. We test in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, with VoiceOver and NVDA, and we have not yet had an independent audit.

If any part of this site is hard to use, email support@respai.ca with the page address and what happened. We reply within five business days and fix what we can. If you need any content in another format, ask and we will provide it.
